​At the heart of Wings as Eagles Ministry you will find not only a program designed as a guide to walk with people through the recovery process, but a people who partner in your  journey to a better way of life. Our program includes two Residential Centers, one each for men and women. These Centers receive residents both as an alternative to incarceration and as an after-care option on a journey to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Our Ministry Team visits provincial jails and female institutions in Province, B.C. We also provide pastoral visits when called upon from local RCMP Station.

Our ministry is an itinerant ministry and we are actively involved in aftercare.  In November 2000 we began a Community Chaplaincy project and are excited with the response from the churches in our area.  We speak in prisons, churches, youth work,etc.

Crusaders Evangelical Ministry (aka Sycamore Assembly) CEMSA, is a church with over 200 worshippers in Lagos Nigeria. Kings-Kids International World Outreach (KIWO) is the evangelical arm of the church, harboring our Prison Ministry. Evangelist Okafor is the President of KIWO and Rev. (Mrs.) Okafor Esther is the leader of the Evangelical team.
